RenoRide Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 23/09/2026

Welcome to RenoRide. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RenoRide website, booking platform, and related services. By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies published on our website.

01

About RenoRide

RenoRide is a vehicle service booking platform that helps customers connect with suitable service professionals for bike and car maintenance, servicing, and repair requirements.

RenoRide aims to facilitate a convenient, transparent, and reliable service experience. The availability of a particular mechanic, service, service location, or time slot may depend on the customer’s location, vehicle requirements, service type, and service-provider availability.

02

Eligibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

By using RenoRide, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you have the authority to request the selected service for the vehicle concerned.

03

Service Booking

Customers may request services through the RenoRide platform by selecting the applicable vehicle, service, preferred date, location, and other required details.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking information has been successfully submitted and, where applicable, the required payment has been successfully completed.

RenoRide may contact the customer to verify booking details, confirm service requirements, or obtain additional information necessary to provide the requested service.

04

Service Availability

All bookings are subject to mechanic, service-slot, location, parts, and operational availability.

Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a particular mechanic or service professional will be available.

If RenoRide is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, RenoRide may offer an alternative service slot or another appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable service and cancellation policies.

05

Service Scope & Additional Work

The service provided will be based on the service selected during booking.

During inspection, servicing, or repair, additional issues may be identified that were not included in the original booking.

Where additional work or replacement parts involve additional charges, the customer will be informed and approval will be obtained before proceeding, wherever applicable.

The scope, limitations, and applicable conditions of individual services are further explained in RenoRide’s Service Policy.

06

Pricing & Payment

Applicable service charges will be displayed or communicated to the customer before payment or service confirmation, as applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing any required payment.

Additional charges may apply for approved additional repairs, replacement parts, pickup or vehicle handling, mechanic visits, or services outside the original booking, where applicable.

RenoRide will not knowingly apply additional charges without communicating the applicable cost or basis for the charge to the customer, except where the charge is already clearly stated as applicable to the selected service or booking.

Payment, cancellation, and refund matters are subject to RenoRide’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

07

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle, contact, location, and service-related information.
  • Being available or providing reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed service time.
  • Informing RenoRide of any known vehicle issues or special requirements that may affect the service.
  • Removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service, where applicable.
  • Reviewing and approving additional work or charges where required.
  • Providing reasonable cooperation required for the requested service.

RenoRide may not be responsible for delays, unsuccessful service visits, or service limitations resulting from inaccurate information, lack of vehicle access, customer unavailability, or circumstances outside RenoRide’s reasonable control.

08

Vehicle Condition

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may have existing damage, mechanical problems, wear and tear, modifications, or other pre-existing conditions.

RenoRide or the assigned service professional may document or communicate visible vehicle conditions before or during service where reasonably possible.

Damage or mechanical issues that existed before the service or are unrelated to the service performed will not automatically be considered the responsibility of RenoRide.

09

Service Quality

RenoRide aims to facilitate reliable and professional service through suitable service professionals.

The outcome of a maintenance or repair service may depend on the vehicle’s condition, age, previous repairs, parts availability, technical limitations, and other factors.

If a customer experiences an issue relating to the service provided, the customer should contact RenoRide promptly so that the matter can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be considered.

Applicable service conditions, limitations, and any available rework or service-support terms are set out in the Service Policy.

10

Parts & Replacement Components

Where replacement parts or materials are required, availability, brand, specifications, compatibility, and price may vary depending on the vehicle and service requirement.

Customers will be informed of applicable part costs before replacement or additional work is approved, wherever applicable.

Any warranty applicable to a replacement part will be subject to the relevant manufacturer’s, supplier’s, or applicable service terms.

11

Service Policy

The provision of individual services is subject to RenoRide’s Service Policy, which may include terms relating to:

  • Service confirmation and scheduling
  • Vehicle inspection
  • Service scope and limitations
  • Additional repairs and replacement parts
  • Mechanic visits and service locations
  • Service completion
  • Customer responsibilities
  • Service-related complaints or rework, where applicable
  • Other conditions applicable to specific services.

Customers should review the Service Policy before making a booking.

12

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by RenoRide’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The applicable cancellation charges and refund amount may depend on the stage of the booking and the charges already incurred.

Where a customer cancels after a mechanic has been dispatched and has started travelling to the service location, the applicable mechanic visit or travel charge may apply in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Where a customer cancels after service or repair work has commenced, applicable charges for work already completed, labour, pickup or vehicle handling, mechanic visits, spare parts, materials, and other approved charges may remain payable in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The detailed calculation and refund process are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

13

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Service times provided by RenoRide are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, parts availability, vehicle condition, mechanic availability, technical complications, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

RenoRide will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays where practicable.

14

Prohibited Use

Customers must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Misuse the RenoRide platform or services.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the platform.
  • Use RenoRide for unlawful purposes.
  • Engage in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behaviour toward RenoRide personnel or service professionals.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to RenoRide systems, accounts, or information.

RenoRide may refuse, suspend, or cancel service requests involving misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law and the relevant circumstances.

15

16

RenoRide will take reasonable care in facilitating the services offered through its platform.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, RenoRide will not be responsible for losses arising directly from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including delays, third-party actions, unavailable parts, pre-existing vehicle conditions, customer-provided inaccurate information, or events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any liability, consumer right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.

17

Privacy

Any personal information collected through the RenoRide platform will be handled in accordance with RenoRide’s Privacy Policy.

Customers are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to understand how their personal information is collected, used, shared, stored, and protected.

18

Intellectual Property

All RenoRide branding, logos, website content, graphics, text, designs, and other original materials available through the platform are owned by or licensed to RenoRide unless otherwise stated.

Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

19

Changes to These Terms

RenoRide may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with the revised effective date.

Where required by applicable law, customers will be provided with appropriate notice of material changes.

Continued use of the RenoRide platform after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of RenoRide services will first be addressed through good-faith communication between the customer and RenoRide.

If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, it may be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or other legally available dispute-resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law.
